Firdaus Rahman

Firdaus leads Anchorpoint's operations practice. He spent twelve years in industry — as a plant controller, a group procurement head and finally COO of a mid-market manufacturer — before moving into advisory.

He redesigns how an organisation runs: the operating model, the cost base, the procurement engine and the management rhythm that keeps the gains in place. He is happiest on the floor with the team that owns the process.

Firdaus is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
