Nurul Aina Zainal

Aina leads the people and change practice. She spent her early career in organisation development at a GLC and a multinational FMCG business, then ran the change workstream on two large system implementations.

She makes sure a new strategy, structure or system is actually adopted — designing roles and reporting lines, planning the change and communications, and getting the leadership team saying the same thing before the frontline hears it.

Aina holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the LSE and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
